This 1930s Mediterranean Revival home was designed with a deep respect for its architectural roots, while thoughtfully reimagining the interiors for a young family of three. Our approach balanced the home’s historic charm with a refined livable sensibility. We fully furnished the home using a curated mix of vintage finds and custom pieces, layered with pattern and color to bring warmth and character. The original brick fireplace was replaced with a custom Arabescato Corchia marble surround—the result is subtle, yet transformative.  From cozy evenings in to lively nights around the custom double game table banquette with friends, the spaces are designed to be comfortable and effortlessly chic. Guests have described the home as feeling like “Montecito in the '70s”—a compliment that perfectly captures its laid-back elegance.
